ตามประกาศ Murata ได้ปิดบริษัทสาขาในต่างประเทศในไต้หวัน จีน บริษัท Huacheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "Huacheng Electronics") ในวันที่ 31 มกราคมปีนี้ และจะตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับบริษัทสาขาในญี่ปุ่น COILTEC , วันที่ 30 เมษายน.

It is understood that Huacheng Electronics Co., Ltd., located in Taiwan, China,  is specialized in manufacturing electronic parts such as high-performance transformers, coils, power supplies, metal shells and computer peripheral products. As the overall planning company of the factory, Huacheng Electronics has always assumed the responsibility of operation and management.

COILTEC, located in Japan, is responsible for the design, production, sales, development support and testing of coil products and other production equipment. In the future, COILTEC's business will be taken over by Saitama Murata Production.

In Murata's view, the closing of the above two strongholds is expected to have a very limited impact on the company's performance this year.
